This style of role playing is considerably different than the others. Instead of randomly joining you create and environment and seek a challenger. Along with the location you set a time constraint and posting limit (meaning how many posts will go between the two fighting characters). Then, after a challenge has been made anybody can accept it, unless of course the host wishes to fight a specific person or character. Once the challenge has been accepted the role play goes through a series of steps:
1 The Introduction: Each character makes an introduction post about their character, more or less setting up the fight, but not doing any real actions that will cause a significant difference.
2 Combat: This is where the post limit comes into play. The characters alter turns making posts about their characters fighting one another until the post "limit" has been reached. No finishing type moves may be used in this time. Also, the time limit in between posts is applied to this section.
3 Judging: After the combat step has been complete several judges such as myself, Ocelot, Vaxx, etc will read all of the posts between the players and give them a score from 1 - 10.
4 Finishing move: The player with the highest averaged score "wins" the combat and gets to make the finishing post for the RP, "defeating" the enemy in whichever way they sit fit. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KILL THE CHARACTER. Characters do not die in this area. They can be gravely wounded, but that's the extent.
There are no "official" rules on this section, however, if you write poorly, don't expect to be the victor in the duel.
JUDGE SHEET
When being judged you will be graded on three different things:
1. Command of the English language
2. Spelling
3. Creativity
